My recent project

Recently I decided I wanted to redo the girls room before the baby comes. I found some old antique beds at a store that were natural wood with an off white upholstered headboard that gave me the inspiration. I sold their bunk beds on craig's list which were a hot commodity apparently. I got about 15 calls within three hours and the first lady came and took them while everyone else was saying they were willing to pay more if I just sold them to them. It was kind of crazy and unexpected. So anyway, I decided to paint the beds black (with the help of Brad and Elizabeth) and change the upholstery to green and I put a sillouete of each girl on the upholstery. Brad and I painted their room pink and Elizabeth helped me make curtains and here is the finished result:

Ayden's sillouete is on the left side and Alex is on the right.

Now I just need to put some artwork on the walls and buy a dresser and their room is complete!
Thanks for all your help Brad and Elizabeth! Thanks for taking these pictures Kim (my camera is dead and we lost our charger, one more thing on my to do list).

So sooooo cute, where on earth did you find those beds. Very very cute. If you are looking for cheap art, I love buying Canvases (they were on sell at Craft Warehouse), you paint them any color you want and then you can put vinyl on them ( I know a gal who is amazing with her vinyl and could probably do what ever you want). Just a suggestion that is easy and I have done some and love them. Also I just want to give you a shout out about the boards that you made me I have had so many comments on them, I refer people to you all the time (I don't know if they are getting a hold of you) do you have any business cards you could give Brad to give to Jeff to give to me? Then I could just hand them out if people ask. Hope you are feeling well, the room looks amazing. Sorry for such a long comment :) !!!
