HAPPY BIRTHDAY J-BIRD!!!!

Since you are becoming an old lady I thought it would be good to look back at your 26th year, before you forget. I hope you look back at this last year and realize how awesome you are. You were super supportive of me and managed to keep our lives exciting with tons of great adventures that will always be great memories. I think this first picture sums up your 26th year attitude.

ROCK ON (Technically it appears that you are signaling "I LOVE YOU". I'm no sign language expert, but I do know the proper butt-rock hand signal)

You took us on a last minute trip to San Francisco for spring break. If I remember correctly, I believe you made the decision to go to San Francisco on a Monday and we left the following day.

Multiple times you took our girls to see some breath-taking views in the Rocky Mountains. Camping, water skiing, hiking and swimming were all common activities.

You ran and completed Robie Creek, the most difficult half marathon in the northwest.

You were very supportive of me multiple times while I back-packed in Canada, trained for LOTOJA, went on skiing trips... Some might say your husband is a loser, I say your are awesome. Looking back at LOTOJA, as hard as the race was, spending an entire day in a car, traveling across 3 states with two demanding girls was an amazing feat. I can remember seeing you and the girls at mile 130 and getting a boost of energy and a renewed desire to push on to Jackson Hole.

You spent time in New York City with Hillary and Kay.

...and in your spare time you started a professional picture framing business!!!

This goes without even mentioning all of the small things that get done everyday that keep this family going. You really are the most important person in my life. That goes for our girls too. We would be lost without you Jenni. Happy birthday babe.

Oh Brad, what a sweet post about your amazing wife!!! She is unbelievable! I only wish she knew what she means to me in my life! It was no coincidence that I moved in two doors down from you!!! You are such a great person, mom, wife, you are good at anything you try...I have never had the kind of friend that I could not only borrow a cup of sugar from, but also have a shoulder to cry on, or talk off...or someone who will go anywhere with me or do anything for me if I just ask...I truly am lucky to have you as a friend. What a great year, as Brad said, can't wait for what is to come!!!

Jenni, happy birthday! You will ALWAYS have a very special place in my heart. Even though we don't talk everyday or even see each other every year...you will and have always been one of my best friends. I really look up to you. We have had some really great times together. Hope you have a fabulous 27th year...you deserve it!

How adorable is that post? Jenni, yours about Brad was adorable too, but it's just a little more common for the wife to blog about the husband, so for that reason, this one seems a little bit more adorable. Jenni, I haven't known you too long YET, but I am really glad we have become friends. I definitely think you have this quality that attracts people. I think it is your genuineness (is that a word?) not to mention that you are super fun and funny. Brad is one lucky man! Happy birthday to both of you.

Happy Birthday, Jenni!! What a sweet post from your husband (good work brad)! As we were driving home from church yesterday I said, I think today is Jenni's birthday and I didn't even say anything... oops, I felt bad :( But I hope you had a great day... you are such an awesome person, so much fun to talk to and be around. You made me feel really welcome when we first moved in and I think you're really great!

Brad...well done... that was so stinking cute. You had wives all over pulling their husbands to the screens showing them what to do. Or was that just my house!! :) HAPPY BIRTHDAY JENNI...I had no idea how crazy young you are! Man I feel old.
