Every year my uncle Keith comes to Park City and celebrates Christmas with us and his gift to us every year is an amazing feast. He is an amazing chef who has been published and he used to own a restaurant in Newport Beach, Ca for a while. This years dinner was labeled "French Country Farmhouse Christmas Dinner." Take a look at our yummy 7 Course meal that look us about 3 hours to eat.

Half Time
We all took a little break to let some digestion take place and Ayden really wanted papa to play his cello.

FISH
Poisson A la meuniere
Tilaapia sauteed in lemon butter sauce with capers and parsley

And for me since I don't eat anything that once lived under water, he made me chicken and it was GREAT!

It was a tremendous dinner and I was enlightened to learn that the French do at least "ONE" thing right. Also, it should be noted that Ayden took the picture of her grandpa hence the missing portions of his head in the picture.
I'm so hungry and jealous after reading about that dinner!
I love you all very much and look forward to cooking again for your wonderful family next Christmas. Jenni, great job on the pictures and blogs.
I am so happy that my Sister Kay and my Brother-In-Law Bill have created and raised such a strong and fantastic group of people.
Wow! That looks SO GOOD! My stomach was rumbling while I was looking at your pictures. That mushroom looks to die for! Don't worry, we'll be there next year if we have to WALK there!
